Mr. Sunny Sun!Almost everyday i sit at my desk and stare out the window on my left, just spacing out. Today, my curtains are closed except for a tiny, little slit, where sunshine seeps through. That little burst of sunshine completely covered my head, at the exact angle i was sitting at. I glance over and stare at the unbelievably, bright sun. After 15 seconds of squinting, i turned away. My eyesight was all blotchy and messed up. I tried to read an email someone sent me, but i just couldn't see! The flashing blotches covered almost every other word, making it illegible. I quickly replied, explaining the situation. (Luckily I'm a good typist, so i didn't need to decipher the keys) He replied back, saying that he remembered when he looked at the sun for a while, and then went to tennis practice. He missed every, single ball that came his way, all because of those evil blotches. I guess I'm not the only one who would stare at the sun for a fairly, long period of time. Anyway, my main point is that when i was little, I was told to NEVER, EVER stare directly into the sun, ever. People told me that I would go blind! But it was all lies; you don't go blind, you just see lots of blotches that distort your seeing! ... Right now I'm staring out my window, looking at the beautiful colors of the sunset. And what do you know, the sun is red! Hoary!
Don't Stare Into The Light!
